By offering classes, training  and workshops based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Method as taught by Larry Schultz, the founder of It’s Yoga, we are dedicated to keeping Larry’s Living Legacy alive. Through the lineage of Krishnamacharya, Pattabhi Jois and Larry Schultz, It’s Yoga introduces the Eastern Practice of yoga through a modern Western perspective. With the world recognized It’s Yoga Teacher Training Program and Rocket Routines, the It’s Yoga community is committed to supporting loves of Yoga to manifest their dreams through a daily and practical experience of the ancient system of Ashtanga Yoga.

The mission of It’s Yoga is spreading the love of the yoga practice. The first yoga school opened in San Francisco 1989 and It’s Yoga has been growing ever since with new yoga schools opening all around the globe.
